FUZIWUWEI INCENSE

Three forms are available:

Bamboo-stick incense, 

bamboo-free incense sticks, 

and incense powder.

Zhen Yun Pei Fu Incense is made from a protected lineage formula.

It contains agarwood, sandalwood, costus root, patchouli, gemstone-based traditional ingredients,

amrita-related lineage substances, and other precious aromatic botanicals.

The binder is made from a plant-based vine material.

The formula uses carefully selected aromatic ingredients.

Its fragrance is sweet, gentle, layered, rich, and full-bodied.

This incense may be offered to Buddhas and enlightened beings.

It may also be used as an offering for sentient beings.

It is offered with the aspiration that beings may receive joy, relief, and liberation.

Because of its special lineage and blessing,

our lineage tradition teaches that while this incense is burning, beings in lower realms may receive spiritual relief.

For this reason, it is traditionally known as

Hell-Breaking Incense.

When used for incense smoke offering,

no complicated ritual is required.

No formal invitation is required.

Once lit, the offering is understood within our lineage to naturally carry upward and outward.

In our lineage tradition,

it may manifest as what beings need,

such as food, nourishment, and support.

It is simple and convenient to use.

Many practitioners also feel joy

when making this offering.

This incense may also be offered for ancestors

or loved ones who have passed away.

The merit may be dedicated to them,

with the aspiration that they may receive benefit.

Our lineage master once said:

“In truth, when one person offers incense,

it can already benefit countless beings throughout the Dharma realm.

That person is already accumulating immeasurable merit.

Those who offer incense are also sentient beings.

They also need the resources of merit and blessings.

Each person offers for themselves,

and each person receives their own benefit.”

 Because of the harm humans have caused to the environment,

the dwelling places of dragon beings have been disturbed.

In our lineage tradition,

lighting Gui Long is understood to form a protective spiritual boundary

and help ease the resentment of dragon beings.

Gui Long incense powder may be burned according to the situation.

It is not limited by time, place, or amount.

Even a small offering may become a moment of peace and clarity.

In our lineage tradition, burning Gui Long is used as a spiritual offering to help clear heavy and stagnant energies.

When Gui Long is added to other Lineage Incense offerings, it is believed to strengthen the offering.

Because Gui Long is connected with Medicine Buddha practice, it may be used as spiritual support in prayers of compassion and blessing.

It is also understood in our tradition

to support subtle-energy practice

and help purify stagnant energy.

For those troubled by the five poisons,

it may support the transformation of

greed, anger, ignorance, pride, and jealousy.

The lineage master of FUZIWUWEI once taught:

“Gui Long should be widely shared.”

A verse given by the lineage master for Gui Long:

From the abyss of negative karma,

the five poisons continue to turn.

Through skillful means,

all returns to unobstructed ease.

May the Dharma realm be peaceful and well.

bestowed by a Dakini Mother.

It belongs directly to the lineage of Guru Rinpoche.

Traditionally, 

it is offered to those with the karmic connection

and blessings to receive it.

This incense is associated with three traditional virtues:

pacifying obstacles,

supporting loving connection,

and increasing spiritual merit.

It contains precious aromatic materials 

and blessed lineage substances.

Carrying Ao Yue incense pellets or incense plaques is understood in our lineage tradition

as a form of spiritual protection.

Ao Yue incense pellets or incense powder

may be offered symbolically

for rivers, lakes, and oceans

through prayer and dedication.

In our lineage tradition,

this offering is made with the aspiration

to ease the suffering of dragon beings

and support harmony in the environment.

Incense pellets and incense plaques

may also be used as offerings

or placed inside sacred objects.

When lit,

Ao Yue Incense may be used

to help purify stagnant energy,

support wisdom practice,

strengthen harmonious connections,

and uplift the spiritual atmosphere.

In our lineage tradition,

lighting Ao Yue Incense is understood

to bring joy to dragon beings

and help ease their deepest suffering.

This is regarded as a special blessing

from the lineage and its prophecy.

On May 30, 2021, the lineage master transmitted this incense:  Gu Lu Ran Hui.

In our lineage tradition,

this incense is understood to support 

subtle-energy practice.

It carries blessings connected with

Medicine Buddha practice,

Guru Rinpoche’s Vajra Armor practice,

Parnashavari practice,

and the blessing of Guru Rinpoche.

For spiritual purification:

because this incense carries the vow power of Guru Rinpoche,

when it is lit and its fragrance spreads,

stagnant and impure energies are understood to gradually clear.

It may also be offered with the aspiration to benefit dragon beings and nature spirits.

When stagnant energy is cleared,

the spiritual atmosphere may feel more uplifted.

Gu Lu Ran Hui carries Yang energy.

During the day, Yang energy is suitable.

It may be lit after waking up.

At night,

Yin energy is more suitable.

 The lineage master gave this prophecy for Su Xing:  In our lineage tradition,  this incense is understood to create auspicious conditions  for one’s undertakings.  Like a seed sprouting,  it carries the meaning of steady growth,  strong development,  and positive fruition.  This incense is traditionally associated  with the four Vajrayana activities:  pacifying,  enriching,  magnetizing,  and wrathful transformation.  

Su Xing is available only as incense powder.

Mazu-Bestowed Incense Formula: 

Qian Ying is an incense created especially for women.  

In our lineage tradition,  this incense carries the blessing of Mazu.  

It embodies the gentle nourishment of water,  the compassion of motherhood,  the vast embrace of the sea,  and the steadiness of spiritual protection.  

These four qualities come together in one offering.  When used in personal practice,  this incense may support a calm, open, and harmonious atmosphere.  It is offered with the aspiration that life may unfold with greater ease, peace, and grace.
